In the Gaudi&Naan kitchen, traditional Western recipes (Gaudi) are touched by the warm sun of the Far East (Naan). A modern bistro whose image and offer we seasonally transform, cherishing the products of local producers, some of which we even grow in our own garden. When creating dishes, we consider the principles of Ayurveda. Inspired by head chef Aleksandra Komasz, the dishes can be a little Indian, a little Japanese, or purely from Ljubljana. We play with fermentation, modern and traditional techniques, Ayurvedic balance, and the aesthetics of the plate. We only use ingredients of plant origin. We are in love with desserts, which we make in a thousand and one ways, and we are bold in our choice of wines.

Twice a year (autumn-winter, spring-summer) we organize a gala event with an interesting tasting menu, which you should definitely not miss, as that's when we show our true colors.

With the new season comes a new story - a story of freshness, tradition, and homage to the local. In our spring-summer offer, we return to Slovenian roots: to a menu that draws inspiration from local gardens, meadows, and our grandmothers' recipes. On the new menu, you will find familiar flavors in new forms, seasonal vegetables from local farms, carefully selected spices that emphasize the essence of each ingredient, and innovative vegan interpretations of Slovenian classics.
